1. How do you bill your time?
WEI-Tek has no minimum charge, we bill for actual time used. There a two billing rates plus travel charges.
- Travel time is billed at $75.00 and hour billed in actual time, plus $.65 a mile.
- PC and peripherals are billed at $125.00 and hour billed in actual time.
- Networking and Servers are are billed at $175.00 and hour in actual time.
2. What do you mean by actual time?
Sample bill Travel round trip 45 minutes, 22 minutes onsite pc repair, mileage 20 miles
Maintenance $46.25 Travel Time $56.50 Mileage $13.00 for a Total: $115.50
Not a 2 hour minimum or the portal to portal rates like the competition charges. Example Competition @$100.00 hr. Minimum $200.00
